The oils are produced using a unique technique – the fresh spice is added to the olives right at the beginning of the pressing process – even before the grinding stage. The olives and spice are ground together into a paste, stirred and continued on to go through the entire production process.
At the end of the process, an excellent virgin olive oil is obtained that contains all the benefits, flavors and aroma of the spice, without the by-products separated from the oil itself.
The spiced oils maintain a pure and powerful level of concentration, the quality is maintained over time thanks to the high chlorophyll and the extraction of essential oils.
