The young and fresh Sunrise Early Harvest oil has won gold medals in international competitions around the world in the past two years. Although it has only recently been released, it has already received widespread international recognition for its exceptional taste and aroma.
We are proud to produce an Israeli product of the highest quality, and are committed to maintaining our standards to ensure that our oil will continue to delight you, always.
Our Sunrise Early Harvest is carefully produced from olives that have been hand-selected and sorted from our young vineyards. The harvest takes place at dawn, before sunrise, when the olives still retain their coolness from the night.
The olives are immediately transferred to the press in small quantities, and within three hours of harvest the oil is extracted. This special olive oil undergoes organoleptic and chemical analyses to ensure the perfect aroma, flavor and chemical composition.
The acidity in the oil is extremely low at 0.3%.
This is a full-bodied, balanced, dominant and punchy olive oil, with a rich mouthfeel and a delightful finish.
Sunrise Early Harvest undergoes a quality control process with meticulous attention to every detail, is produced manually and labeled from the bottling stage, taking care to avoid oxidation that could damage its wonderful taste and health benefits, to the labeling and final packaging stage, a process designed to ensure uncompromising quality and appearance.
The oil is marketed in a stylish black bottle cradled in a matching luxury case.
Aroma and taste notes
Aroma notes: Chopped green grass and arugula leaves, unripe almonds, apple and green tomato.
Taste notes: Its entry into the mouth is dominant and spicy with medium-high intensity, starting with green olive, then artichoke and fresh tomato seeds take over with light notes of citrus and white flowers, the spiciness of white pepper and mint, and finally a spicy finish with a long and noticeable aftertaste.
